Hi, I’m Amanda Hill! I hold a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s in child and adolescent development, with over 15 years of experience teaching at community colleges and universities. I’m also a published author, national speaker, and homeschooling mom of two, bringing both professional expertise and firsthand understanding of the everyday realities families face.

My background includes 12 years of online teaching, a decade of creating and using open educational resources, and five years directing a nonprofit professional development program for professionals serving children and families.

Through Hillside Learning Co., I offer engaging homeschool courses, practical resources, and enrichment experiences alongside professional development, curriculum design, and consulting. Whether I’m teaching students or supporting educators and organizations, my goal is to make research meaningful, learning engaging, and new ideas useful in everyday life.
